Delete your account
You can delete your SikMal account and the data attached to it at any time.
From the app
Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. This is the fastest route.
By email
Email support@sikmal.com from the phone number registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm with you before anything is removed.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your name and photo, your listings, your saved items and searches, your messages, and your delivery addresses.
What we keep, and why
Records of completed orders are kept where the law requires it — for tax and for disputes — with your personal details removed or anonymised. Nothing we retain can be used to contact you.
How long it takes
Your profile and listings disappear immediately. Everything else is deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
